About This Project

This space was previously a very small restaurant space that needed a major overhaul. We saw it as a great opportunity to create a menu of sandwiches and burgers to feed our customers at Seanachai. Since we put everything we had into the pub, the budget for this remodel was extremely tight. With a lot of love and little money (we had to get very creative), this space turned out to be the perfect spot for what we envisioned. We offered this space to Tim Erwin and he took over as the owner and creator of what is now the Southern General and fed our patrons for years, delivering food to the Seanachai.
