About This Project

Gerry’s always had a thing for breakfast obviously so why not try our hand at a small counter service breakfast place? Dolly Birds was such a fun space to create and own. We wanted simple, eye catching, bright and cheerful and I think we nailed it. Unfortunately COVID had other plans for businesses all over the world and we had to close in the first year of opening.
